DELIVERY INFORMTION

Your shipment

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post STANDARD DELIVERY with tracking. If you prefer delivery by EXPRESS DELIVERY, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, unless you request your delivery be left then there will be no tracking.

Shipping Fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Most shipping fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Any overpayment of Shipping Fees will be automatically refunded.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is our most economical delivery option. Your parcel should reach you within 1-10 business days from our factory in Melbourne. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer. Your parcel will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email of shipment. Tracking can be found at http:auspost.com.au/track

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery is only available by placing your order via 1300 247 278 to have your purchase arrive at its destination on the next business day to metropolitan areas. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer. Please refer to the Express Post information at http:auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html for an up to date list of Express Delivery service suburbs.

UNATTENDED DELIVERY

You can nominate to have your parcel left unattended by providing instructions where to leave you parcel in a secure location during checkout. Risk & title of the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery to the nominated address. No tracking is available for this choise.
